FT Mercati's APIs allow market data to be brought directly into the company's information system. A client application developed by the customer can connect via the API to FT Mercati's Data Repository to access historical data. The data received can then be sent to the corporate information system (Database, ERP) or directly processed within application programmes.
FT Mercati provides sample code in C# for the client application; however, the user can use any programming language with which a SOAP client can be built.
